We use eels from Lake Hamana, which is said to be the birthplace of eel farming.By using Kishu Binchotan charcoal from Wakayama and grilling over a strong flame, the outside is crispy and the inside is fluffy.It is thick and fatty, and the flavor melts in your mouth the moment you put it in.We recommend trying it with our rich, secret sauce, which we've been adding to since we first opened.

4 minutes walk from JR Hamamatsu Station.It is also used by tourists.At "Fukumimi," you can enjoy Hamamatsu's luxurious ingredients to your heart's content.You can dine elegantly in a private room with a table lit by soft light.
